The place, run by a family business, offers several active and recreational facilities on the water and land. They provide individual guests, and also groups with organised programmes and other sports services.
Kayaks are available for one or for two, but you can also go on a guided tour or join a laser tag with your team, friends or family members.
You can rent a SUP (standing-up paddle) at Kayak Island, but you can also take part in a SUP course.
Summer opening paddling: 26th May 3 pm-5 pm
‘Morning paddling’: 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st July and 7th, 14th, 21st August 6 am-8 am
Laser tag program: 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th July and 3rd, 10th, 17th August 3 pm – 4 pm
Summer closing paddling: 21st September 3 pm – 5 pm
The Kayak Island Team organises different thematic paddling tours with guiding. Easter paddling, the Summer Beginning or Closing and Night paddling are very popular events.

Guided bicycle and hiking tours
Explore the beautiful surroundings of Gyenesdiás with amazing forests, valleys and hills. Contact the team for dates or available bicycles. They will treat you with “pogácsa” (Hungarian scone speciality) and hot tea.
Guided kayak tours (www.kajakszigetbalaton.hu)
They will guide you to a place where you can enjoy kayaking and the beautiful natural environment in winter, too. These guided tours take place on the hot water streams of Hévíz.
