–What can you use the West-Balaton advantage card for?
With this card, you can get discounts at almost 100 points of acceptance (restaurants, museums, programs, water parks etc).
Please note: With this card, you can not visit the beaches of Gyenesdiás for free!
–Where to get the West-Balaton card in Gyenesdiás?
The West-Balaton card is available in the Tourinform office in Gyenesdiás at 500 HUF/person deposit.
–Who can get the West-Balaton card?
All guests who spend their holiday in Gyenesdiás, and bring a confirmation (data form), completed by their accommodation provider, to the Tourinform office.
–How do I get this card?
You need confirmation of your host (the data form can be downloaded from the link above) and you have to pay 500 HUF per person deposit in the Tourinform office in Gyenesdiás.
–How long is the West-Balaton card valid?
During your stay in Gyenesdiás.
-At what age do children need the West-Balaton card?
Between 4-14 years.
–How much does it cost?
This card is free, you only have to pay a 500 HUF deposit per card/per person.
–What do you have to do with the card when it is no longer valid?
Please return the card back to the Tourinform office before leaving Gyenesdiás, and the deposit will be refunded!
WB Gyenesdiás Plus Card
– What can you use the Gyenesdiás plus for?
With Gyenesdiás plus in addition to the discounts mentioned in the West Balaton Card booklet, you can visit both beaches of the village for free.
–Who can get the card?
Guests staying by one of the partner accommodations of the local Tourism Association can get the Gyenesdiás Plus card. Every host you find on this website is a member of the association.
–Where can you buy the card?
The Gyenesdiás Plus card is only available at the partner accommodations of the Tourism Association Gyenesdiás, you can buy them directly from the accommodation providers.
–How to get the card?
Gyenesdiás Plus card is a service provided by the local Tourism Association for guests who spend their holiday at one of the partner accommodations of the association.
–Which accommodation offers this card?
All partner accommodations of the Tourism Association. They are all listed on this website and partly listed in our brochure.
–How long is the card valid?
1 week (7 days / 6 nights). You can determine the starting date.
–At what age do children need the Gyenesdiás Plus Card?
Between 4-14 years.
–How much does it cost?
4 800 HUF is for adults and for teens aged 14+; and 3 400 HUF for kids aged 4-14.
–What should I do with the card when it is no longer valid?
Please, give it to your accommodation provider before leaving.
