VADLÁN8 – Cross-Country
Individual cross-country and mountain bike competition
“VADLÁN8,6,4,2,1 – Where you get close to nature and yourself!”
An event of cross-country runners and cyclists, for the joy of sport and the discovery of the wonders of nature in the Keszthely Hills.
The route of the sporting event runs along the lookout towers of the Keszthely Mountains. The numbers 8, 6, 4, 2 and 1 indicate the number of lookout towers affected.
Runners and cyclists can register for marathons or shorter distances. The start and finish point is the Big Meadow in Gyenesdiás, the route passes Büdöskút, Vállus, Nemesvita, Balatongyörök and Vonyarcvashegy. Checkpoints and rest areas will be set up where you can refresh and rest – or even admire the sights of the area.
